About The Position
Full time family medicine position with option for outpatient only or traditional inpatient and outpatient practice Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventative care chronic disease management and acute care Work within a well established practice with strong patient volume and referral base Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a team based environment Utilize modern EMR system and clinical support staff for efficient workflow Serve a diverse patient population across all age groups Opportunity for long term growth within a stable organization
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain
- Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
- Strong interest in primary care and continuity of care
- Ability to work in a collaborative team oriented setting
