About The Position

UVA Community Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join Bull Run Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support. The practice is an established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manassas, VA. This is a 1.0 FTE opportunity with 36 patient-facing hours per week. The position offers flexible scheduling with options for a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek. The physician will join a collaborative team of 15+ providers. There is a shared call model among 3 practices with Envera RN triage support, averaging approximately 2–3 weeks annually. The practice utilizes Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AI.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care across the lifespan.
• Work 36 patient-facing hours per week.
• Participate in a shared call model averaging approximately 2-3 weeks annually.
• Collaborate with a team of 15+ providers.
• Utilize Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AI.
