About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated, Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join their College Station University Drive clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population within an integrated healthcare system that prioritizes excellence, innovation, and collaboration. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care, treating a variety of conditions, providing preventive services, and coordinating care with specialists as needed. Requirements

  • Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Board-certified or actively pursuing board certification in Family Medicine (American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, managing chronic and acute conditions.
  • Collaborate with specialists, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  • Stay current with advancements in medical practice and integrate evidence-based care into daily practice.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with system protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-focused care model.
