About The Position

Capital Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a large outpatient primary care practice. The physician will provide essential, comprehensive primary care to a diverse outpatient population while working with a collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff. The role includes managing day-to-day clinical responsibilities and documenting care in the group’s EMR system.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and productivity-based wRVU incentives or bonuses. Sign-on and relocation assistance are available. The organization also offers leadership and advancement opportunities, mentorship, training, and options for academic involvement.

Capital Medical Group serves adults across the District, Maryland, and Virginia, delivering primary care, screenings, wellness and geriatric services, women’s services, internal medicine, and specialty care through a network of nearly 20 hospital and care locations. The organization is academically affiliated with the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible medical license in Washington, D.C.
• Experience is a plus; new graduates will be considered.
