About The Position
Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Holden, Massachusetts. The physician will work in an autonomous ambulatory setting within a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based care environment, with primary care and specialty support. The practice focuses on value-based medicine and whole-person care, with behavioral health providers integrated into primary care teams. Fewer patients per day and longer appointment times support meaningful patient interactions. Clinicians use the EPIC electronic medical record and DAX AI ambient scribe technology. The role offers the clinical resources, data, and organizational support of Optum while contributing to a community-based, multi-specialty medical group focused on improving the quality, cost, and experience of health care.
Requirements
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Unlimited licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Active DEA license.

- EPIC experience.
