Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to practice independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED
• New graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan.
• Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans.
• Deliver patient-centered treatment within a collaborative outpatient environment.
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships.
• Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams.
