The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, collegial medical team in Bridgeport, CT. Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients across a variety of health needs.
- Conduct detailed clinical evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe evidence-based treatments and medications.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Promote preventive health measures, wellness initiatives, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
