About The Position
The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join their expanding health system in Great Falls, Montana. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established family medicine program while contributing to the continued growth of healthcare services in the region. The position is 100% outpatient, with an optional 4-day work week. Inpatient care is covered by a hospitalist team. The practice is supported by 3 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers, with 1:10 evening call. The health system includes 36 inpatient beds, a 10-bed ICU, 2 Cath Lab suites with a pre/post-procedure care unit, 5 ORs, a 4 OR Surgery Center, dedicated observation beds, and a busy ED.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Montana medical licensure

Responsibilities
- Provide 100% outpatient family medicine care.
- Participate in evening call rotation (1:10), with hospitalist team covering inpatient and ED providers covering the emergency department.
- Contribute to the growth of healthcare services in the region.
