About The Position
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level primary care role. This position requires a physician who is clinically versatile, patient-focused, and capable of delivering comprehensive care across all age groups, including pediatric populations. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience treating pediatric and adult patient populations
- Strong competency managing acute and chronic conditions across all ages
- Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Stable and consistent clinical work history
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Experience in community-based or mission-driven healthcare environments
- Ability to manage a diverse patient panel efficiently
- Strong preventive care and patient education focus
- Experience working in collaborative, team-based care models
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes
- Deliver pediatric care alongside adult patient management
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and long-term health management
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
