About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of 1 Family Medicine Physician, 2 Internal Medicine Physicians, 1 Internal Medicine APC, and 1 Family Medicine APC. Medical Assistants at a 1:1 ratio with clinicians. Predominantly commercial/Medicare insured patient population. Located in northern Racine. Growing population with new economic development. Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community. Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning. Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system. Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice. Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment. About Ascension All Saints Hospital: Modern 270 bed hospital. Requirements

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
