About The Position

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan at M Health Fairview Clinic – Woodwinds. The physician will examine, diagnose, and treat patients with acute injuries, infections, and illnesses; manage chronic conditions; and support preventive health. The role emphasizes collaboration, quality outcomes, and continuity of care. The position is part of a 20-provider primary care practice with more than 17 specialists onsite. Physicians average 16–18 patient encounters per day and have 31 patient-contact hours per week. OB-only call frequency is 1:8. Openings are available at 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, with a flexible schedule. Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support is provided to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting, and the clinic uses a fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
Board Certified or Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or able to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice licensure.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria and qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
