About The Position
Titan Placement Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (FP) & Core Faculty in Syracuse, NY. This role involves providing primary healthcare, serving on committees, performing administrative responsibilities, attending departmental meetings, and participating in the on-call rotation. A significant portion of the role includes teaching responsibilities for residents, focusing on comprehensive, high-quality patient care and professional development. The position requires demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in both teaching and patient care. The role is split approximately 60% Family Medicine Physician duties and 40% Core Faculty for a Residency Program.
Requirements

- Clear/Active New York licensure
Responsibilities
- Provide primary health care to center patients within the family practice model.
- Serve on committees and perform assigned administrative responsibilities.
- Attend departmental meetings and participate in the night and weekend on-call coverage rotation.
- Assume teaching responsibilities as assigned, ensuring continuous learning and clinical excellence.
- Provide professional supervision for Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, and Physician Assistants, fostering collaboration with provider support personnel.
- Teach residents how to deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
- Support resident development toward becoming practice-ready professionals.
- Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in both teaching and patient care.
