About The Position

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is growing and seeking physicians and advanced practice clinicians to join their primary care division. This practice is located in New Tripoli, PA, and currently has 2 Physicians and 2 CRNPs. The practice operates Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Call is rotated with other clinicians in the region. Patient slot durations vary: 40 minutes for new patients, child wellness/preventative, wellness/preventative for those 45 and older, TOC, and medical clearance; and 20 minutes for wellness/preventative for those 45 and under, return patients, and acute visits. Full-time is defined as 36 patient-facing hours. LVHN offers a variety of practice settings, a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, free scribe services, and an onsite and remote care team to support physicians and APCs. LVPG primary care APCs manage their own patient panels and see additional acute and follow-up patients as needed. Call is shared and goes to nurse triage first. There are opportunities to teach nurse practitioner and physician assistant students. Requirements

• Physician Assistant
• Family Medicine (with OB) specialty

• Provide care for their own patient panel.
