About The Position

Carle Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join their Primary Care team in Peoria, Illinois. The practice includes one Family Medicine physician, two Advanced Practice Providers, and experienced support staff. The position is based out of an outpatient clinic offering Family Medicine and Walk-In services, with onsite Lab and X-ray services available. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with no weekend or holiday work required. Flexible scheduling options, including 4 or 5-day work weeks, will be considered. The system is fully integrated with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR for improved care coordination. Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization and the position is eligible for public service loan forgiveness.

Requirements

• BE/BC Family Medicine Physician
• Physician licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Walk-In services.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR.
