About The Position
Prairie Family Medicine, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join their community-rooted, outpatient primary care practice in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. For nearly two decades, Prairie Family Medicine has been part of the Coeur d’Alene community, growing from an independent, physician-owned family practice into a trusted home for generations of local patients. Requirements
- 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
- Passion for Primary Care
- Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care
- BE/BC
- Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
- Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

Benefits
- Base salary guarantee: $130,000 - $140,000
