High Lakes Health Care, part of Praxis Health, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their clinic in Sisters, Oregon. This role is ideal for a confident, well-rounded clinician who values autonomy and thrives in an independent practice setting. Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Passion for Primary Care
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Respect for patient's confidentiality
• Compassionate and approachable
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Attend work regularly and on time

Nice To Haves

• 2 - 3 years of Primary Care experience as a licensed NP

Benefits

• $140,000 base salary + production compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
• 36 patient hours over a 4-day work week + 1/2 day admin
