Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner needed in Quitman, Texas
About The Position
UT Health East Texas Quitman RHC is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics. This outpatient-only position involves providing day-to-day primary care for patients, managing everything from routine checkups and prevention to chronic conditions and acute concerns. The role includes evaluating patients through exams and diagnostics, and then creating and managing treatment plans. The average patient load is 18-25 per day, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. There is no weekend requirement. The facility offers onsite X-Ray, MRI, CT, and Ultrasound, utilizes EPIC for EMR, and has a support staff mix of CCMA/LVN and onsite lab services.
