About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team under the supervision of a Doctor. Practice setting: Outpatient (Employer-partner shared clinics). Access to Athena EMR and collaborative on-site clinic support staff. Employed position within a nonprofit health system. Drive clinical excellence by providing high-quality acute, preventive, and wellness-focused primary care. Enhance patient access and corporate wellness through chronic disease management, medication therapy management, and healthcare coordination for employees and dependents. The facility is a shared clinic network serving a diverse employee and dependent partner population across multiple community employer sites with an integrated referral network. Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Master's degree of Nursing required.
