About The Position
This is a Part Time Nurse Practitioner position in Family Medicine located in Collegeville, PA. The role involves enhancing quality patient care, amplifying communication between physicians, family members, and the healthcare team, and performing acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents. The Nurse Practitioner will also lead quality and evidence-based care initiatives to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program
- MSN Required
- Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required
- 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience required in Family Medicine or Primary Care
- Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Family Medicine
- May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support)
