About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Comprehensive Full-Lifespan Primary Care: Autonomously lead patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and preventative screenings while collaborating with physicians to diagnose and treat complex acute and chronic health conditions. Patient-Centered Education & Coordination: Counsel patients and families on preventive wellness and treatment options while managing direct specialty referrals, community resource coordination, and rigorous electronic health record documentation.

Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Master's degree of Nursing required.

Nice To Haves

  • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
  • Hands-On Nurse Practitioner work experience is required
