About The Position
Join CentraCare’s Southway Clinic as a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) and build your own patient panel while delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. This full-time role offers the opportunity to practice independently in a collaborative primary care setting, diagnosing and treating acute conditions, managing chronic illnesses, and providing preventive care such as routine exams, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling. CentraCare – Southway Clinic provides comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a well-established clinic serving the St. Cloud community. Physicians practice in a supportive environment that values work-life balance, clinical autonomy, and team collaboration. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Prior experience as NP or PA in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
