Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
About The Position
We are looking for a driven, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team and help us deliver the kind of care patients remember and recommend. Requirements
- Active Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine
- Familiarity with the value-based care (VBC) model
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- The confidence and clinical judgment to function independently
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse adult patient population
- Manage chronic and acute conditions, preventive care, and wellness visits
- Partner with our care team to close gaps in care and drive quality outcomes under our value-based care model
- Document efficiently and accurately in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
