About The Position
Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Department of Family Medicine. Dolgeville is a rural upstate New York, close-knit community with a well-established manufacturing base. Located at the foothills of Adirondacks, it provides close access to outdoor activities like downhill skiing and hiking, yet has close proximity to the New York State Thruway. Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. Opportunity for 4/10-hour shifts, 7 AM – 5 PM (not always). No OB. Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population. Collaborative Working Environment. State-of-art-clinic. Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State programs.
Requirements
- National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS Certification Required
- DEA Required
