About The Position
Join an established private Family Medicine practice in the San Bernardino Mountains, approximately 30 minutes from Palm Springs, California. This full-time, 100% outpatient opportunity offers a collaborative clinical environment and the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a desirable mountain community. The practice serves a family-oriented community and includes one Family Medicine physician and two Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners. The role provides primary care to patients across the lifespan. The base salary is $120,000, with per-patient productivity bonuses. Current providers earn approximately $140,000–$180,000 annually, including bonuses. The community has approximately 30,000 residents and offers scenic mountain surroundings and access to the shopping, dining, and recreational amenities of the greater Palm Springs region.
Requirements
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Eligible for California NP or PA licensure.
- Interest in outpatient Family Medicine and primary care.
