About The Position

Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Primary Care team in Belmont, CA. This role involves 60% patient care and 40% inbox management, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week. The position offers robust onboarding and mentorship, a dedicated ancillary team for efficient workflow, and an internal pharmacy department handling daily refills. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Valid and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Active DEA registration number
• BLS and ACLS certification
