About The Position
Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking an energetic and motivated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Family Medicine Physician Associate (PA) to join their collegial practice in Watsonville, CA. This is a 100% outpatient practice with no weekends, evenings, or call. The practice is part of a diverse multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers committed to building healthier communities. They are affiliated with Dominican Hospital and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California. The practice offers a "Humankindness" culture, autonomy, flexibility, robust mentorship and support, a dedicated MA team for efficient workflow, and an internal pharmacy department handling daily refills.
Requirements
- A valid and unrestricted NP or PA license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses

- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality medical services to patients throughout Santa Cruz County.
- Practice with collaborative and experienced physicians on-site.
- Manage daily refills through the internal pharmacy department.
