About The Position
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Whitakers, North Carolina. This opportunity offers an outpatient-only practice serving an underserved patient population within a mission-driven healthcare organization. Providers will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong clinical support while delivering comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.
Requirements
- FNP or PA-C
- Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred
- Willingness to see 16–18 patients per day

- Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care across the entire lifespan
- Preventive care and chronic disease management
- Meet quality metrics for preventive and chronic disease management
