About The Position

Community Health Network is seeking a Float Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care across multiple practice locations in the North and Central Indianapolis region. The physician will support continuity and quality of care for a diverse patient population as part of Community Physician Network, which comprises more than 650 physicians.

The role offers experience across multiple locations, a flexible schedule, and use of the EPIC electronic medical record system. Physicians collaborate with specialists and have access to on-site laboratory services and imaging. Travel between practice locations within the North and Central Indianapolis region is required.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
• Able to travel between practice locations within the North and Central Indianapolis region.
