About The Position
Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their newly developed Family Medicine team at the Barring Trace Clinic location in Peoria, Illinois. This is an opportunity to join an expanding practice with one Family Medicine physician and two Advanced Practice Providers. The clinic operates Monday-Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and is part of a fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR for improved care coordination. Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization and offers eligibility for public service loan forgiveness.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
