About The Position

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine at our St. Luke’s location in Carrollton, VA. This position involves a Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm, with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours for administrative tasks. There is flexibility for a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week and the option for some extended hours. The average patient load is 16-18 per day, with a minimal call schedule. Requirements

• Active NP or PA license.
• Prior APP experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of APP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as an APP (NP or PA) in a Family Medicine setting.
• Manage an average of 16-18 patients per day.
• Participate in a minimal call schedule.
• Complete 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours per week.
• Potentially work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week with some extended hours.
