About The Position
Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our team at our Milford clinic in Milford, IL. The Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse, and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with the option for an 8am start. There is a possibility for in-office procedures. The scope of patients includes mostly adults, with roughly 10% pediatrics.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical practice is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an ambulatory setting as part of a collaborative team.
- Perform in-office procedures.
