About The Position
Carle Health is seeking an additional Family Medicine APP to join the Primary Care team at Carle Bloomington on Eastland in Bloomington, Illinois. Join a team of 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practice Provider. Clinic hours M-F, 8A-5P with rotating weekends (1 Saturday morning/month). Able to consult with specialists across the organization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
