About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Life Pastor to lead, mentor, and minister to families within our community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the challenges facing families, and a commitment to fostering spiritual growth and community engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in leading ministries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with and relate to congregants.
- A vibrant personal faith and a commitment to biblical teaching and principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ministry program tailored to families needs and interests.
- Lead engaging and relevant weekly gatherings, services, and events for married couples.
- Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to married couples.
- Recruit, train, and empower volunteers to assist in the ministry.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages spiritual growth and discipleship.
- Establish and maintain connections with local schools and groups in our community.
