About The Position

The Family Liaison/Community Outreach Worker will assist with the coordination and process of recruitment, enrollment, and placement of children in the program. This role is responsible for enrolling and maintaining required enrollment and average daily attendance figures, while ensuring compliance with OEC, NAEYC, DCF, and other funding guidelines. The intake process involves direct contact with families and local agencies for referrals and scheduling, ensuring all intake data is accurate, complete, readable, and scanned into the database system. This position will oversee the promotional aspects of a recruitment plan in a team approach with the Little Learners management team, involving direct contact with clients, staff, and community partners. The role is responsible for recruiting and completing the intake application process for potential eligible families, and providing direct services to center-based families, including social services, health, and parent involvement. A compassionate and understanding approach towards the needs of children and families from economically and culturally diverse backgrounds is essential. Proficiency in various software and a detailed, comprehensive approach are critical components of this position.

Responsibilities
