Requirements

• Experience in family law litigation, with a focus on divorce, child custody, and support cases.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to clients' unique family dynamics.
• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing precise legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements while minimizing conflict.
• In-depth knowledge of current family law developments and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Confidence and professionalism in advocating for clients in court, presenting compelling evidence and arguments.
• Empathy and understanding to provide compassionate guidance to clients during emotionally challenging proceedings.

Responsibilities
