We are seeking seasoned remote-based attorneys to lead our efforts across Texas, specifically in high-impact areas like Houston. Focus on Law, Not Sales: You won’t spend your time generating leads or hunting for new business. Our centralized intake and sales teams manage client acquisition, allowing you to focus entirely on managing cases and developing expert strategies. Elite Support Structure: Every attorney is assigned a dedicated legal team, including a paralegal and an internal biller (account representative). This structure removes financial administrative burdens, such as trust account management and billing disputes, from your desk. Unrivaled Flexibility: We offer a fully remote (100%) work environment for seasoned professionals with 5+ years of Texas family law experience. For those with 2+ years of experience, we provide a hybrid model based on maintaining billable hours. We are strategically positioned in the most vibrant communities across Texas, with 11 state-of-the-art offices.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of practicing family law in Texas.
  • Have a valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Solid research and writing skills
  • A passion for conducting hearings and being in the courtroom, and handling Mediations and Consults.
  • Energetic and motivated.
  • Highly organized.
  • Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio OR similar drafting/client management software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
  • Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years of experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
  • Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases.
  • Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.
