Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and licensed to practice in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in family law
- Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and organized
Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of family law matters from start to finish
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal advice
- Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys across the firm’s offices
- Ensure proper case documentation and timekeeping
