About The Position
We are looking for year-round Family Experience Teammates in Springboro! This is a great company, with a supportive and fun culture! They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Behaviors in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members. As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation. We teach children ages 4 months to adults. Responsibilities
- Greet customers when they come into the facility
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
- Build relationships with families and get to know their names and their children's names
- Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
- Report to manager if complaints are unresolved
- Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
