About The Position
Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a Family Concierge/Liaison to join its Social Work team. The role involves making rounds of the facility, greeting families, and offering assistance. The Family Concierge is a key point of contact for families visiting the Institute and serves as a liaison among families, patients or residents, and the rest of the care team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital or nursing home, or a healthcare background.
- Bilingual in another language.
Responsibilities
