About The Position
Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a Family Concierge/Liaison to join its Social Work team. The role performs rounds of the facility, greets families, and offers assistance as needed. As a key point of contact for visiting families, the Family Concierge serves as a liaison among families, patients or residents, and the rest of the care team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred.
- Prior experience working in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
- Bilingual in another language.
Responsibilities
- Make rounds of the facility.
- Greet families and offer assistance where needed.
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison between families, patients or residents, and the care team.
