About The Position

AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC. is seeking caring, kind, and dependable people to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Middle Tennessee. This adult foster care program requires caregivers to live in Middle Tennessee and provide care in their own home. The goal is to offer individuals a safe and private home where they can become more independent, learn new skills, feel safe, and become part of a family. As a Family Model Professional, you will provide services that help people remain independent and feel valued. Pay depends on the needs of the individuals served and may start at $2,300 per month as tax-free income. Requirements

• Must live in Middle Tennessee.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must provide in-home caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with mobility.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Provide medication and appointment reminders.
• Assist with grooming and bathing.
• Assist with toileting and incontinence issues.
• Grocery shop and run errands.
• Provide transportation services.
• Supervise for safety.
