The Family Case Manager provides services consistent with the program methodology and in conformance with all program standards. This role involves working with families at high risk for child maltreatment, assessing their needs, and linking them with necessary resources. The position requires outreach to community organizations, face-to-face contact with families, and teaching essential life skills such as parenting, budgeting, and nutrition. The Case Manager will advocate for families in various settings, including staff meetings, IEP meetings, and court. They are responsible for timely documentation, crisis intervention, and consulting with supervisors and clinicians on cases. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, meeting productivity standards, and assisting with agency reports.
