Family-Based Caregiver
About The Position
AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC. is seeking caring, kind, and dependable people in Middle Tennessee to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Family Model Professionals provide a safe, private home environment for individuals who are unable to stay in their own homes or choose not to live in a facility, helping them become more independent, learn new skills, feel safe, and become part of a family. Living in Middle Tennessee is required. Pay depends on the needs of the individuals and may start at $2,300 per month in tax-free income. The position offers an independent work environment, support from a caring team, and monthly recognition, rewards, and incentives. Requirements
- Must live in Middle Tennessee.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be caring, kind, and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Assist with mobility.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Provide medication and appointment reminders.
- Assist with grooming and bathing.
- Assist with toileting and incontinence issues.
- Shop for groceries and run errands.
- Provide transportation services.
- Provide safety supervision.
- Provide a safe, private home environment that supports individuals' independence, skill development, and well-being.
