About The Position

As a Family Advocate, you'll provide strengths-based case management services that support family well-being while ensuring compliance with Head Start, licensing, and health regulations. You'll connect families with resources, monitor health and screening requirements, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with teachers, lead family engagement activities, assist with enrollment and recruitment, and support families in accessing the services they need to thrive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social, human, or family services
  • Two years of related experience

Nice To Haves

  • In place of a bachelor's degree, a newly hired employee will have up to 18 months from the date of hire to obtain a Family Development Certification (for Wendover Site Only)
