About The Position

This position at Audubon Area Community Services, within the DarNek (Head Start Program), is dedicated to fostering strength, healthy living, and overall well-being by creating, providing, and coordinating services and activities with children, families, and communities. The role involves providing instructional experiences to Head Start families and children, focusing on social services and parent involvement. The position requires working 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, for 260 days per year. Travel and a valid driver's license are mandatory. A high school diploma or GED is required, and an associate or bachelor's degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field, or certification, must be obtained within 18 months of employment.
