About the Opportunity Successfully leads the resident recruitment process by establishing and cultivating meaningful relationships with prospects and their families and identifies individual candidate’s needs. Develops and maintains productive internal and external marketing strategies including referral sources and community relationships. Maintains occupancy levels, tracks and trends resident movements, is the central point of contact for all prospective residents and manages the admission/assessment process in collaboration with the community management team.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lead the resident recruitment process by establishing and cultivating meaningful relationships with prospects and their families.
  • Must be able to identify individual candidate’s needs.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain productive internal and external marketing strategies including referral sources and community relationships.
  • Must be able to maintain occupancy levels, track and trend resident movements.
  • Must be the central point of contact for all prospective residents.
  • Must be able to manage the admission/assessment process in collaboration with the community management team.
  • Must be able to foster a positive community image in the local community and present a professional image.
  • Must be able to form alliances with key community individuals who have influential relationships with the geriatric population and/or their family members.
  • Must be able to develop and cultivate relationships with religious, healthcare, skilled-care, and other professional businesses and service providers in the community.
  • Must be able to identify, create and distribute appropriate promotional materials designed to generate additional inquiries.
  • Must be able to represent the community at local community functions by making informational presentations.
  • Must be able to meet or exceed the community’s established performance measures of the minimum contacts to be made per month.
  • Must be able to meet budgeted occupancy goals for the community.
  • Must be able to cultivate resident and family relationships to generate leads, conduct community tours and assess candidates’ needs.
  • Must be able to qualify financially and physically eligible candidates, and work towards a move-in commitment by every qualified candidate.
  • Must be able to follow-up with prospective residents and family members through phone, mail, e-mail and direct visits to encourage/obtain a move-in commitment.
  • Must be able to maintain an appropriate prospect database per community policy.
  • Must be able to complete/submit all required budgets, reports, analysis, and forms in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with community executive director and management team.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivates resident and family relationships to generate leads, conducts community tours and assesses candidates’ needs. Qualifies financially and physically eligible candidates, and works towards a move-in commitment by every qualified candidate.
