About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and seeking Family Protection Advisors in Phoenix. You will work directly with clients who are interested in learning more about insurance options for life, accident, and supplemental health coverage. Our team provides comprehensive training, daily coaching, warm leads, and a clear path to advancement for professionals who are ready to perform.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
• Strong communication skills
• Empathy and a genuine interest in helping people
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Initiative and positive energy
• Ability to learn new systems
• Comfort working independently and with a team
• Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
