The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As the Fall Protection Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Developing and executing territory sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for fall protection products Conducting product demonstrations, safety presentations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners Serving as the subject matter expert within the territory for fall protection standards, regulations (OSHA, ANSI, ASSP, AGC), and best practices Collaborating with training, portfolio, activation, and technical teams to support key initiatives and product launches Maintaining accurate records of activities, opportunity pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM system (Salesforce) Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and ten (10) years of fall protection and/or safety industry products experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Ten (10) years of safety or industrial sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Experience with fall protection product categories (anchors, harnesses, lanyards, SRLs, engineered system, rescue, confined space)
  • Ability to captivate an audience while publicly speaking to large audiences
  • Experience selling through industrial and construction distribution
  • Experience selling PPE or industrial products to end-user companies
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and comfortably work at heights

Responsibilities
