About The Position

Boshart Industries is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Louisiana, Arkansas, and Missouri. The Territory Manager will be responsible for creating long-term, mutually profitable partnerships in the wholesale channel. They will use in-person, phone, and other methods to achieve forecasted sales goals by utilizing the BUILD Partnership Process. This role involves working with the Inside Sales Team to develop new partnerships and grow existing ones. Boshart Industries has over 70 years of experience as a Master Distributor in the plumbing and water well industry, with a secondary business in manufacturing. Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Sales Experience
  • Basic understanding of the Plumbing / Water Well Market
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Team Building: Working effectively and productively with others

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business opportunities and manage a Sales Pipeline
  • Ensure Time-blocking is used to prioritize high value activities (Prospecting, follow-up)
  • Utilize Hubspot (CRM) to track deals and customer interactions
  • Develop Region-specific strategies with your District Manager
  • Set Sales Targets for your Region
  • Work with Inside Sales Team on customer follow-up and communication
  • Provide Training to customers
  • Work with Inside Sales on customer requests
  • Participate in regular training and skill-improvement processes
  • Maintain and enhance the culture and core values of the company
