About The Position

Albin Farms is a family-owned row-crop operation in Newman, Illinois, with a history spanning generations. They utilize the latest agricultural technology and are seeking additional help for their busiest and most critical period: the fall harvest. The role involves working with the existing team to ensure the timely removal of crops from the field and their transfer to the grain bin.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work long, physically demanding days during harvest season
• A great attitude is a must

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ag equipment or grain hauling is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
• CDL Class A preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Haul and unload grain during harvest
• Operate tractors, grain carts, and other harvest equipment
• Support combine operations as needed
• Help keep equipment running and ready to go during long harvest days
• Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as harvest demands
